Kato Transport Co., Ltd., a member of the New Silk Road Network representing Japan, has been expanding its international reach with the receipt of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) accreditation and the opening of a new office in Mongolia.
With over a century of logistics expertise since its establishment in 1920, Kato Transport consistently has been delivering high-quality customs clearance, marine transport, and integrated logistics solutions. The company’s recent IATA accreditation in November 2024 marks a significant milestone, positioning it as a fully authorized air cargo handling agent. This credential enables Kato Transport to offer enhanced international air freight services, ensuring safe, secure, and efficient cargo movement across borders. Its services include international transport to destinations worldwide, efficient customs clearance and import/export operations, and handling complex shipments such as hazardous goods through its specialized Dangerous Goods Logistics Center. The company also offers secure storage, bonded warehousing, and flexible delivery solutions across Japan, in addition to certified port and harbor transportation services.
