This growth is marked by the procurement of 50 cutting-edge 80-foot container railcars facilitated by IGS Intermodal. All 50 wagons have already made their way to Hamburg and stand ready for deployment, signifying the company's ongoing dedication to advancing its intermodal transport capabilities.

These newly procured container wagons belong to the 80' 4-axle Sggnss type, renowned for their design that optimizes both length and payload. Tailored spigot positions enable them to accommodate not only standard 20' and 40' DC/HC containers but also a wide range of commonly used intermodal loading units, including 22', 24', 26', 30', and 45' containers, tank containers, bulk containers, swap bodies, and more. This adaptability offers unparalleled flexibility to meet various transport requirements within the intermodal sector. Furthermore, these wagons are well-prepared for future Digital Automatic Coupling (DAC) conversions.
