A fully owned subsidiary of IGS Logistics Group, Krohn & Schröder GmbH, has started the year strong by achieving significant milestones in its warehousing and logistics operations. The company successfully renewed the existing IFS Logistics certification at its Vollhöfner Weiden warehouse and secured the certification for the first time at its Finkenwerder Weg site, both located in Hamburg.

This enhancement allows the company to offer temperature-controlled storage facilities ranging from 14 to 18 degrees Celsius, catering specifically to temperature-sensitive products like coffee, wine, chocolate, confectionery, and cereals. This upgrade not only supports optimal preservation of product quality but also enhances flexibility for both short- and long-term customer storage needs.
