HANSEATIC Slovakia s.r.o., a member of the New Silk Road Network representing Slovakia, has successfully completed a shipment from China to Kazakhstan, transporting custom-made production equipment for the heavy industry sector. Through this challenging operation, the HANSEATIC Slovakia team demonstrated their professionalism and expertise in providing trustworthy logistics solutions.

The cargo was picked up by HANSEATIC Slovakia in Shenzhen, China. One of the main challenges involved cash flow management, as HANSEATIC Slovakia had to provide full upfront payments while working under tight deadlines. After securing the contract, the HANSEATIC Slovakia team conducted personal meetings and carefully planned the transport, as finding a reliable company with a qualified driver was essential. Due to the neutrality requirements from their client, the team ensured discreet cargo pickup, avoiding direct contact between the shipper and consignee.
HANSEATIC Slovakia then managed all export customs formalities, whilst updating packaging labels and documentation at the China-Kazakhstan border to protect the client's interests. The company also handled goods clearance in Kazakhstan, covering all charges upfront and delivering the cargo in a ready-to-use state to the consignee.
