New Silk Road Network's partner Container Terminal JadeWeserPort Wilhelmshaven from Germany has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ganzhou Land Port in China to form the basis for further revitalizing the logistics chains between the Middle Kingdom and the freight village JadeWeserPort in Wilhelmshaven.
This agreement will lay the foundation for another direct train connection between China and Wilhelmshaven, initially transporting semi-finished products, raw materials, household appliances, and machine parts produced in the economic zone of Ganzhou, China to northern Germany once a month. At the JadeWeserPort freight village, the containers are unloaded, prepared for further shipping or packed and commissioned at one of the companies located there.
We are happy to see our partners actively expanding the connections along the New Silk Road and hope that the first train from Ganzhou will be a success!
