Our 2026 NSRN Annual Meet-Up will take place at the CKF_13 Fabryczna Conference Centre, a modern and dynamic venue located in Kraków’s revitalised Fabryczna district. The centre offers state-of-the-art meeting facilities within a stylish industrial setting combining contemporary design with professional functionality, ideal for productive networking and business discussions.

WHY THE 2026 NSRN ANNUAL MEET-UP IS NOT TO BE MISSED

Building on the overwhelming positive feedback from last year, we are delighted to once again host joint meetings together with the Motion Logistics Network.

Motion Logistics Network, a global general forwarding network also managed by our team, brings strong worldwide coverage. By bringing both networks together for the one-to-one meetings, we aim to create a larger, more dynamic meeting platform offering NSRN members valuable new connections, while strengthening existing partnerships at the same time.

This combined format allows you to maximise your time, broaden your global reach, and engage with an even wider circle of trusted logistics professionals all within one powerful event experience.

• 17th & 18th November – Two Full Days of One-to-One Meetings
• 17th November – Gala Dinner
• 18th November – Networking Dinner
• 19th November – Cultural Experience in Kraków followed by Lunch
• Refreshments and Coffee Breaks on all Meeting Days
• Lunch on 17th, 18th and 19th November

A limited number of all-inclusive packages will be available, offering participation in all official event activities along with a three-night stay from 16th to 19th November 2026 at the Mercure Krakow Fabryczna City, which is directly connected to the CKF 13 Conference Centre. Guests will be able to choose between a Superior Room or Junior Suite, ensuring both comfort and convenience throughout the meet-up.

These packages provide the best overall value while keeping you at the centre of the networking action, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

As availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, we encourage you to secure your place early. To maximise your experience and networking opportunities, we strongly recommend staying at the official meeting hotel.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

The registration system will close on the 23rd October 2026. After this, we will launch the meeting scheduling system so you can book your 1-to-1 meetings. Please make sure you finish your registration and complete the payment before then.
