THE LOCATION:

Istanbul's historical significance as a pivotal trade centre has persisted over time, making it a natural focal point for commerce. From ancient Silk Road caravans to its modern role as a global trade hub, Istanbul's rich history is intertwined with international exchange.

In the heart of this historic city, we encounter a reflection of the fundamental values and spirit of the NSRN community. Istanbul serves as a poignant symbol of our mission to bridge gaps and cultivate connections between the East and West.

Our gathering will take place at the Sheraton Istanbul Levent, centrally located in Istanbul's business district on the European side, providing a convenient and vibrant setting for our event.

THE EVENT:

As always, we have prepared an exciting agenda for you to make the most of your attendance:

17th of September (Starting from 09:00) - "Break Bread and Break Ice" – Connect with your fellow NSRN members and introduce yourself to the whole crowd, breaking the ice!
17th of September (Afternoon) - Special Cultural Tour with a Unique Workshop
17th of September (Evening) - Welcome Cocktail Reception
18th and 19th of September - 2 Full Days of One-to-One Meetings
18th of September – Gala Dinner
Refreshments and Coffee Breaks on all Meeting Days
Lunch on All Days

***This time we have a LIMITED quantity of all-inclusive packages which include all activities above plus a 3-night stay (16th - 19th Sep) at the 5* Sheraton Istanbul Levent (options between Deluxe Room & Corner Suite are available). The packages would ensure you have the best total price deal for staying in an iconic 5-star property and a worry-free experience. This is first come first serve so please don't wait if you wish to grab the best offer!

However, if you wish to book your room stay directly with a hotel, we also have the option of selecting a "conference only" package and then booking with Sheraton Istanbul Levent directly using our Group Link. To ensure the best experience, we highly recommend staying at the same hotel as the meeting, rest assured, while the group link rate may not be as good as our all-inclusive package, it will still be a great discounted rate.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

The registration system will close on the 23rd of August 2024. After this, we will launch the meeting scheduling system so you can book your 1-to-1 meetings. Please make sure you finish your registration and complete the payment before then.
