THE LOCATION

Thailand has a long history of maritime trade and interaction with other cultures along the Maritime Silk Roads. Thai seafarers also played an essential role in connecting the country to the rest of the world, which helped to establish Thailand's position as an important regional centre for commerce and culture. Today, the country continues to be a hub for maritime trade in Southeast Asia and is home to one of the busiest ports in the region.

THE EVENT

As always, we have curated an interesting selection of activities for the duration with us.

The core conference activities include:

• Welcoming cocktail reception on the 23rd October

• 2.5 Days of one-to-one meetings (from 24th Oct - 26th Oct)

• Refreshments and coffee breaks during the meetings

• Gala dinner with city tour on the 24th October

• Lunch on all meeting days

This time we have a LIMITED quantity of all inclusive packages which also include 3 nights stay at the Marriott Surawongse (option between King/Twin Guest Room and M Suite Upgrade available). The packages would ensure you have the best total price deal for staying in a brand new luxurious 5 star property. This is first come first serve so please don't wait if you wish to grab the best offer!

However if you wish to book your room stay directly with a hotel, we also have the option of selecting a "conference only" package. To ensure the best experience, we highly recommend staying at the same hotel as the meeting though, and we will also be providing a direct booking link from the hotel which provides a better than market rate.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

The registration system will close on 1st October 2023. After this we will launch the meeting scheduling system so you can book your 1-to-1 meetings. Please make sure you finish your registration before then.
